這項調查將全國49所大學，按其規模分三大類別(大型大學、中型綜合大學 與小型本科大學)予以排名，結果如下：

「大型大學」(Universities in the Medical Doctoral category have a broad range of PH.D. programs and research, as well as medical schools.)，共有15所學校，排名依序如下︰
