去德國讀大學，免學費！

依據加拿大Maclean’s雜誌最新一期的報導︰
在加拿大，大學學費正在逐年調漲；但是在德國，公民或外國人讀大學，學費卻是全免。
因此，已有目前已有534位加拿大人在德國就讀大學，此人數較2002年成長約52%。

其實在歐洲還有些國家也有同樣的政策(Free Tuition)，例如：瑞典、芬蘭和挪威。

但有志於此的人，動作可要加快！

因為瑞典、芬蘭已經要對外國人收學費了！
(Canadians considering a discount degree in Europe might act fast. Sweden and Finland, which used to entice international students with free tuition, are now going to start charging foreigners. Master’s degree that were once free to Canadians at Lund University in Sweden, for instance, will cost $17,000 per year, staring this fall.)
